Backwell Agency
Violance And Offensive Language/Behavior
I have to take into consideration the violent language that could of been included in my video/audio. This is not an issue for my audio video however if I was aware of any violence I would have to insert a Pegi age limit for parental guidance to convey to my audience what the audio video may entail.
This is to make me aware that I am giving away information for my agency but also using someones personal life events, and I have to make sure my sources and what is being said is legit as making false claims can lead to major consequences. As i am part of the organisation in question I know that the sources are real as I have experienced this first hand, and I know the person first hand so I know everything is legit.

As I am only using the music for a short piece I have used my own interpretation of music as it is played by amateur student:
"Interpolated music is defined as "music not specially written for a theatrical production which is performed by or intended to be audible to a character or characters in that production". This can range from a single short item in the course of a straight play to a considerable number of songs or other musical works in a 'compilation show' or similar production."
As it is only a small piece of music and as I am not selling or creating money out of my video I do not need to worry as much as I would about Copyright, however, if the video becomes a bigger project used in different organizations I will have to change the music as this will be braking the law. Also, choosing the music I had to make sure I had permission to use the music in the first place but I also payed and downloaded the sheet music so I have payed for the right to play the music myself.
