Budget to consider

As this was an academic graphic project I did not really need to consider the budget, however if I was going to constuct this as a proper organisation the budget I would consider would be:

  • Overheads - Location is key and getting the right one will cost money. For mine it was all done in school however I would have to pay them for their electrics, equpitment and software.

  • Equiptment - Camera's where mine but I had to pay for them to begin with, lights for the camera to show up the model, computors and their software.

  • Time - My time is valued and the time I took take photos outside of school and the time it takes me to travel from one location to the next. Also other peoples time and energy, they all have to be paid.

  • Transport - I walk everywhere but if  had to consider transport there would be fuel costs and renting costs as well, maybe even a driver.

  • Model/people - People need to be paid especially the model who stars in my panels as he/she needs to make a living

Permission

  • Sutable for my target audeince

  • All the pictures taken nd created are my own

  • Anyone under the age of 18 must have permission from someone who is.

  • Permission is needed when taking pictures outside or within buildings

  • Permission is needed for the use of names as mine will inculde a quote next to my panel.

Slander And Liability

This is to make me aware that I am giving away information for a separate organisation and I have to make sure my sources and what is being presented is legit, as making false claims can lead to major consequences. As I am part of the organisation in question I know that the sources are real as I have experienced this first hand.

Copyright Law

The law gives the creators of literary, dramatic, musical, artistic works, sound recordings, broadcasts, films and typographical arrangement of published editions, rights to control the ways in which their material may be used.

The rights cover; broadcast and public performance, copying, adapting, issuing, renting and lending copies to the public.

In many cases, the creator will also have the right to be identified as the author and to object to distortions of his work.

This will relate to my work as it is going to a public website where people can see all the vital information. Being part of the groups and understand myself what is right and what is wrong information helps me create a fair panel for my audience. This all relates to my work as my target audeince is important to think about and all this will help me understand what they expect but also what is allowed for them to understand.
