I have to take into consideration the violent language that could of been included in my video. This is not an issue for my promo video however if I was aware of any violence I would have to insert a Pegi age limit for parental guidance to convey to my audience what the video may entail.

According to
http://www.guidetomusicaltheatre.com/copyright/music_theatres.htm
"Music seems to be freely available but it is not free. Music is created and owned by somebody and that somebody - be it a composer, songwriter, lyricist or music publisher - has a right to receive payment for its use.
PRS is the non-profit making UK association of composers, songwriters and music publishers which exists to administer the performing right on behalf of its members and those of affiliated societies world-wide.
The term 'performing right' means the right to:
-
perform a work in public
-
broadcast a work or to include it in a cable programme service
-
authorise others to do so"
I will be using music created online but can be used for free which means I will be able to use the whole peice.
One aspect of legal issues is a release form as this is important to gather permission from people who have contributed to the video. Especially people under the age of 18 as this is up to parents whether or not their son/daughter has permission. Parental Guidance.

This is to make me aware that I am giving away information for a separate organisation and I have to make sure my sources and what is being said is legit as making false claims can lead to major consequences. As i am part of the organisation in question I know that the sources are real as I have experienced this first hand.
