This Risk Assessment is important to consider as it contains the hazards for not only the individual but also the people around you and the project itself.

This Risk Assessment is for the Editing Environment.

My Risk Assessment

Setting up Equiptment linking to Risk Assessment

Setting up equiptment is essenstial when it comes to my safety but also other peoples Safty.

Things like electirical equiptent will need rules with anyone that uses them will need to keep water away from any equiptment.

Setting up equiptment in built up areas I will places cones around the outside of my filming section to present to the public that there is a hazard of tripping especially over wires and tripods. These cones would be a foot away from the actual equpitment to make myself safe but also create distance from the hazars itself.

I will also check and re check sercuity. When putting cameras on tripods, I will make sure thye are secure and stable so it wont fall off and break but also make sure that the hazards like electrical shocks of broken wires is at a minmal. This means checking over each companante and wire.

Also Things like the serface and people operating the equiptment will need to be considered. Make sure people settign up the equiptment know what they are doing and can ask questions if they do not undrstand. The surfaces should be flat as possible but also hold them tight in order to make sure they do not fall on to the floor.
