We have to investigate a media institution of our choice to find out about the institution's

1. owenership

2. operating model

3. production

4. market position

5. competiters

This will enable us to understand the purpose of an institute and understand why they are who they are.

I wanted to do choose a institution that is persoanl to me and relates to my persoanlity as I will enjoy reasurching and finding out more about a perticular institution. I love theatre and theatrical side of the film indistry which I think will be perfect to choose a film developer of some sort.

I have chosen between:

Warner Brothers

or

Universal Studios

As both have been a part of my life and also they both are well known institutions that will be easy to reasurch but hard to examine as they are so vast around the world. Audience anaylsis will be hard for both as each of them are known world wide and everyone has watched one of their films.
